  • 1 ½ tbsp. Stevia

Directions: Mix all the listed ingredients together until it becomes a well-blended paste with a consistent texture. Use this natural toothpaste in place of your usual store-bought toothpaste at least twice each day. Substituting an electric toothbrush for a regular toothbrush will further optimize the results.

Solution #2 – Mint/Lemon Rinse

You Will Need:

  • Anise
  • Mint Oil
  • Lemon
  • Water

Directions: In a glass of water combine a few drops of each of the other listed ingredients. Use this solution as a rinse approximately 4-5 times each day for best results.

Solution #3 – The Magic of Coconut

You Will Need:

Directions: Place a couple tbsp. in your mouth, swishing it around and allowing it to melt for approximately 15-20 minutes. Use this coconut oil rinse technique daily for best results.

Solution #4 – Vinegar Rinse

You Will Need:

  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup warm water

Directions: Mix all ingredients together to create a rinse. Use this rinse at room temperature 1-2 times each day.

Solution #5 – Natural Tartar Buster

You Will Need:

  • ½ cup rosemary
  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • 2 cups water

Directions: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, adding the mint and rosemary at the boiling point. Allow the mix to simmer for approximately 15 minutes and then drain the solution, keeping only the liquid. Allow the solution to cool, then use it in place of your regular mouthwash daily.
